During my trip in Paris, I could not miss the visit of the Fondation Louis Vuitton, but also to try the cuisine of the restaurant, LE FRANK.

The Fondation Louis Vuitton is dedicated to contemporary Art. This trendy and urban place has opened a restaurant managed by Jean-Louis Nomicos, an unstoppable and relentless Chef, who was the director of Restaurant Lasserre. He is also the owner of the restaurant les Tablettes de Jean-Louis Nomicos.

I decided to order their “Beef Tartare” cooked with ginger and wasabi (€ 28). And to be honest, the level of the cuisine was high and I really loved it!

If this artistic center (with art galleries, panoramic terraces and its auditorium) definitely worth a visit and try out THE FRANK with its neutral and minimalist design.

We were lucky not to have to queue (Note that the month of August is the best time to visit Paris) because according to several blogs that I had consulted beforehand, the downside is indeed that the restaurant takes no reservations for lunch and sometimes you need to be really patient.

Enjoy your meal!

Lunch menu at 28€ / A la carte: 45-70 € / Closing time: Monday evening, Tuesday, Friday evening, Saturday evening, Sunday evening (Dinner on Wednesday and Thursday. Booking required).
